Welcome to the 2026 roBOOtics SPOOKtactular held in the Centennial High School Gymnasium

We will have a full VEX Robotics® Tournament featuring two competition fields, two skills fields, and two practice fields

There are currently 40 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 4 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid (or PO received) by the payment deadline or you may be moved to the waitlist at the discretion of the Event Partner.

Teams need to arrive by 8:15am so that they can be inspected before the 8:45am deadline. Teams that have not checked in by 8:30am will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.

Teams are encouraged to dress up for a Team costume contest (with award).

This event is in California Region 3, so only teams based in this region will be able to directly qualify for the state championships at this event.

Judging Format

Judging Format • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams can bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges, no electronic copies will be accepted for this event . If a team has an electronic notebook, please print out a copy to turn in at check-in. • Deadline for Design Notebook submission is 8:30am to be considered for related awards.
