Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy An email will be sent out to each team's primary and secondary POC in the event of bad weather. Teams should note that Northern Virginia weather may differ from other areas in Virginia and teams should plan accordingly. This tournament will only be cancelled if determined by the venue owner that it is unsafe to host the event.
