Waiting List: If this event is full, please feel free to add your team to the Waiting List and then contact the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). The Event Partner will let you know about possible openings for the event. If you are moved from the Waiting List to the Registered Teams List, please be prepared to pay for the event promptly.

Judging Format
Judging Format Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines are scheduled below.. The notebook Submission deadline is Feb 6, 2027, by 6 PM EST Team interview signup deadline Feb 6, 2027 An email will be sent out to the teams 2 - 3 weeks before the event to book spots online for the remote interview. Please make sure that you have access to the email that is registered on events.vex.com for the team.
