Judging Format • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy The event will be postponed or cancelled if severe weather conditions—such as heavy snow, ice, extreme heatwaves, or flash flooding—compromise safety or disrupt TfL and regional transport networks. Cancellation & Updates • Decision Time: The Event Partner will decide on cancellations by 06:00 on event day. • Alert Channel: Notification emails will be sent to all registered mentors. • Travel Check: Teams should monitor local TfL travel alerts before departing for the venue.
