Clayton Valley Charter High School is excited to host “CVCHS Ugly Robotics Override Tournament #1.
We will have a full VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field.
This year we'll have custom awards, a free photo booth and a custom t-shirt making fundraiser
13 awards will be given, including the MS Excellence Award

There are currently 48 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 6 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid (or PO received) two weeks in advance or you may be replaced with a team from the waitlist.
Check in will be at 7:00 am, sharp. Teams must be checked in 30 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Teams must be paid by October 10, 2026. Teams not paid at this time will be moved to the waiting list.
Notebooks are due in RobotEvent.com on Thursday, October 15, 2026

Judging Format
Judging Format Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
