.9185 Pre-Season Pancake Breakfast Tournament hosted by Bellefontaine City Schools.

This Event is FREE!!! We encourage you to support our pancake breakfast - $5.00 per person

Matches

  • Each team will have a minimum of 6 play-in qualification matches, the top teams will then continue in tournament play via 2-team alliances in a single elimination bracket.

  • Please familiarize yourselves and your teams with the V5RC Override Game Manual

Food:

  • Our club will be hosting a pancake breakfast for the community on the morning of the event.
  • Lunch will not be provided.

  • Concessions will be available for a variety of items.

Miscellaneous Information:

  • All pit tables will have access to power. Please bring a surge protector/power strip to make sure you have enough outlets for your team

  • We will try to have a dedicated Wi-Fi network available for teams to access during this event. Please check to make sure your technology is set up to access connectivity while you are away from your building.

Judging Format

Judging Format • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
