Join us for the Stanmore Standoff Regional Event and compete for qualifying spots at the VEX Robotics UK National Championships!

It will be hosted in the Ideas Hub, a space where curiosity meets creativity, and academic excellence fuels innovation.

We hope that the event will prove to be a great opportunity for students to explore, experiment, and collaborate. We look forwards to seeing you there!

Practice matches: 10:30 - 11:00

All teams (36 matches - 6 each)

Qualification matches: 11:00 - 12:30

Qualification matches: 13:00 - 15:00

Available to all teams (Max 3 Driver & Max 3 Auton)

Skills runs: 10:30 - 15:00

If all 24 spots are filled, all teams will participate in Finals.

If <24 teams participte, only 16 teams will participate in Finals.

Finals: 15:15 - 16:00

Awards, Pack-up & Teams leave: 16:00

Judging Format

Judging Format Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline of 9am on Wednesday 30th September will be followed.

Volunteer

Volunteer Events are run on volunteers, please get in contact if you would like to volunteer! We are always on the lookout for judges, scorekeepers and field reseters! Our head referees will be Kieran Higham who has lots of experience refereeing in the UK and Internationally. Please email KHigham@nlcs.org.uk with your desired role.
