Judging Format
Judging Format • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. The Submission deadline will be published soon.

Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy It is each team’s responsibility to ensure that the payments have been processed in time. We will use the visible record of payment on events.vex.com to make the determination. Teams who have registered but have not paid (or submitted a PO) 2-weeks prior to the event may be removed from the event, unless prior special arrangements have been made with the Event Partners. No refunds will be given for withdrawing from the tournaments within 3 weeks of the tournament. In the unlikely case of a cancellation, the full event registration fee will be refunded to all teams. All teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
