After seven years, Caldwell High School is excited to return to hosting full VEX tournaments! The Social Hour Open marks our first full tournament since December 2019, and we're excited to welcome teams back to Caldwell for a fun and competitive day of VEX.
This is a blended Middle School and High School V5RC qualifying event open to all registered V5RC teams. The tournament will be held in the Auxiliary Gym, and signage will be posted at the entrance to direct teams to the correct location. Teams should plan to arrive early for check-in, inspection, and preparation so we can get the tournament started on time.

ALL TEAMS must check in with the event partner / scoring table by-9:30AM so that we can accurately print the tournament match schedule. Please plan on arriving early to get through the inspection process and be prepared to begin on-time. Coaches-- If you are delayed arriving the morning of the tournament, please call and let us know.

Judging Format
Judging Format In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline will be November 12th, 2026.
Volunteer
