Hi teams,
Welcome to the Rivercrest Christian College VEX Robotics Tournament, hosted on Saturday 24 October 2026. We are excited to welcome all participating teams for a great day of robotics, collaboration and competition.
The event will be held at Rivercrest Christian College. Doors will open at 8:30 am, with the event concluding at 4:30 pm. Please ensure your teams arrive on time and are prepared to stay for the full event.
This event has space for up to 40 IQ teams and 40 V5 teams.
Lunch arrangements are still to be determined. There are local restaurants nearby for lunch orders, and students with dietary requirements are encouraged to bring their own lunch to ensure they have suitable food available.
The event setup will include 4 VIQRC fields and 4 VRC fields, providing plenty of opportunities for matches throughout the day. Skills Challenge will also be offered.
The cost is $50 per IQ team and $60 per V5 team. Invoices will be sent by in2robotics. Please do not pay the RobotEvents or Events.VEX invoices. Where possible, please remove the GST from the RobotEvents invoice amount and raise a purchase order through your school for the in2robotics amount. Purchase orders can be sent to [email protected]
All VEX consent forms and in2robotics consent forms must be completed prior to the event. Please ensure these are finalised before attending.
This will be a judged event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally as a link to a PDF document. Notebooks that are password protected or submitted in a different format will not be eligible for judging.
Our event team will be on site throughout the day to support teams and answer any questions.
