Judging Format Electronic Notebooks: Submit your notebook links in advance of the tournament. Teams will have an allotted time for judging (approx 7 min / team) during the Judging time on the Agenda tab.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy In case of an incident or circumstance effecting this event, The event partner will undertake three notification strategies. • An advisory describing the situation (e.g. inclement weather) and the action being taken (e.g. event cancellation) will be posted to this RobotEvents event listing under this tab. • The same information will also be e-mailed to all registered team coaches. Make sure your contact information is up to date in Robot Events. • Teams can contact the school directly (604-981-1100) ask for Mr Hunter
