Skills: This tournament will offer skills all day (except lunch).
Judging: This tournament will also offer judging. Team interviews will be in person at the event. Teams must submmited their engineering notebooks via the link on their vexevents team profile.
Travel: Search "Western Pacific Robotics Academy" in Google maps for exact location.
Lunch: You are welcome to bring your own lunch. There will be a concession of snacks and drinks.

Judging Format
Judging Format In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. Digital submission of Engineering notebooks. Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their VEX Events team profile account due by 11:00pm August 29th.

Volunteer If you are interested in volunteering, please contact info @orionwpra.ca We would appreciate help in the following: - Inspection 9am -10am - Skills Referee 9am-12 noon, 1pm-4pm - Field Resetting 10am-12 noon, 1pm-5pm
Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email.
