Beavercreek Robotics Club is proud to host the 3rd annual VEX V5 Robotics Competition League for Ohio High School and Middle School teams located near Beavercreek, OH.
The league sessions will be held at Beavercreek High School in our robotics classrooms and will feature 1 competition field and 1 skills/practice field. Skills will run concurrently during each session. This will be a relaxed environment on match nights so that teams can have a chance to play matches, run skills, AND mentor each other.
The season will consist of 24 teams competing in four Qualification sessions on the following Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Each team will be assigned a qualification session to sit out to manage the number of teams competing on a qualification night. The Final session will start earlier (5:00 pm) to accommodate all of the teams.
Qualification Session 1: October 22, 2026, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Qualification Session 2: November 12, 2026, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Qualification Session 3: December 10, 2026, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Qualification Session 4: January 14, 2027, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Finals Session 5: February 11, 2027, from 5:00 – 9:30 pm
Electronic Notebooks should be submitted by 14 January and Interviews will be conducted in person on 11 February.
Due to space limitations, there will be limited room for spectators. Please try to limit attendance to team members, coaches, and any necessary adult chaperones.

Judging Format
Judging Format • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the final event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is 14 January 2027.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.
