Trevecca Nazarene University welcomes you to our 2026 Fall Vex Robotics Tournament.

  • The event will be open to at least 30 high school Tennessee VRC teams.
  • Add your team(s) to the wailist if the event is full. You will be notified if a spot opens.
  • Skills and in-person judging are available to all registered teams.
  • The competition will be held in Boone Convocation Center, marked as"1" on the campus map here: https://www.trevecca.edu/hubfs/Resources/CampusMap-03-2022_final.pdf
  • All available parking spots near Boone are open to visitors (see map). Registration will be in the main foyer of the Boone building.
  • Additional information will be provided as the event date nears.

VEX Liability Release Form

  • Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form ONLINE before the tournament.
  • Paper forms will not be accepted.
  • This document is located under the documents tab and is uploaded through your account on events.vex.com.

    • Teams must be in line before 8:45 AM to be inspected
    • LATE Arrivals - Teams must contact the EP if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event
  • 8:00-9:00 AM Skills fields open for inspected teams
  • 9:00-9:20 AM Drive team meeting with Head Referee
  • 9:30 AM-12:00 PM Qualification matches
  • 12:00-1:30 PM Lunch break
    Skills will be open during the lunch break
  • 9:30 AM-3:00 PM Skills field open
  • 1:30-4:00 PM Complete remaining qualification matches
  • 4:10 PM Alliance selections
  • 4:30-5:30 PM Elimination matches
  • 5:45 PM Awards ceremony

Judging Format

Judging Format All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Volunteer

Volunteer • No prior experience necessary to volunteer. Training will be provided Saturday morning. • If interested in volunteering, use the sign-up here (will be posted shortly) or email huddlestoncj@outlook.com • Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided to all volunteers.
