Judging Format All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges

Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, natural disaster or other emergency event, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible). Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in events.vex.com (VEX Events) and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
