Judging Format
Judging Format • Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. • Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. • Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be the Wednesday before the tournament and the exact date will be communicated with registered teams via email. • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

Volunteer We are looking for volunteers for our tournament. These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly. Volunteer Link Jobs we are looking for: • Judges • Check In Table • Robot Inspection - will be trained onsite • Queuing Manager • Pit Manager • Field Reset (3rd Grade and up!)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
