Judging: This tournament will also offer judging. Team interviews will be in person at the event. Teams must submmited their engineering notebooks via the link on their VEX Events team profile by deadline in judging tab.

Judging Format
Judging Format In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. Digital submission of Engineering notebooks. Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their VEX Events team profile account due by 11:00pm March 3rd.
Volunteer
Volunteer We are looking for volunteers to help make this event a success and would greatly appreciate representation from all teams competing. Please fill out your information in this Google Sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1g4yUfcakioO9ldKluPRr8eda4xxVDPu1rLcffQZ-ArU/edit?usp=sharing Volunteer Opportunities We would appreciate assistance in the following roles: • Inspection: Saturday, March 6, 3-4:30pm • Skills Referee & Match Referee: Saturday, March 6, 3:00 PM–6:30 PM, and Sunday, March 7, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM • Field Reset: Saturday, March 6, 3:00 PM–6:30 PM, and Sunday, March 7, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM Judges: We are asking individuals interested in Judging to email us at info@orionwpra.ca. Judges must be at least 21 years old. We are giving preference to Judges that are STEM Professionals or past experience in VEX V5. No parents of any students in VEX V5 or IQ. Thank you for helping us create a successful and enjoyable event for all teams!
